I have been working as a hypnotherapist since 2001, and since 2020, I have worked solely on Zoom, offering the same successful, personable and professional service that my clients experienced in my London office. Your online hypnotherapy session will follow the same structure as an in-person appointment. We’ll start by discussing the areas you'd like to work on, and exploring what might be holding you back. I’ll help you gain a better understanding of your mind, and we’ll begin the process of making positive changes right from your very first session. Clients usually leave feeling much better than when they arrived.

For your session, you’ll need a laptop, computer, or tablet with a built-in camera or webcam. Choosing a quiet, well-lit space where you won’t be interrupted will help ensure a smooth and focused session.
During hypnotherapy, we’ll work together to explore your subconscious programming, identify any barriers, and use effective techniques to help create positive change. You’ll remain fully in control at all times, deciding what feels right for you. Even if you enter a deeply relaxed state, your mind remains alert and will naturally bring you back to full awareness if necessary. For example, if your internet connection were to drop, you would automatically bring yourself out of hypnosis.
